1+ Bedroom and 1 full bath apartment on rural Maury Island! This apartment has one nice sized bedroom plus one additional room that could be used as a small bedroom (will fit twin bed) or better yet, an office or additional storage space.
The... Living room/"kitchen" area is a large open space with great light. The kitchen has plenty of storage and counter top space and a sink but does not have a range, oven, or dishwasher. You will have to bring your own countertop oven, hot plate or microwave for cooking. There is a washer dryer in a shed under the stairs.
The apartment is situated on a large rescue animal farm and is very rural. There are 3 other habitations on the property, so it is a shared property, including the owner who resides on the property. The apartment is up a flight of stairs and above a garage that is not part of the rental. The apartment comes with a large and private fenced back yard which has a lot of potential, as well as 1 dedicated parking spot. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis.
