2 Rooms Available for Rent at the Greenhouse Apartments!

Hi everyone! Both myself and another roommate are moving out come graduation. I'm posting this here for visibility reasons / to help out my current third roommate (who's staying but doesn't have easy access to this site because she's a graduated BU... student). This is the posting she wrote:

Hi everyone! My name is Pareesha and I’m looking for 2 roommates to move in on 6/1/2025 in the Greenhouse Apartments. My current roommates are graduating, which is why they are moving out. Women and LGBTQ+ are preferred!

Room 1: $1,550/month (Larger sq ft, 2 full-size closets)
Room 2: $1,400/month (Smaller sq ft, 1 smaller closet)
Shared between both new roommates: Bathroom, 2 full-size hallway closets
Utilities: Electricity ($30-40/month each- ranges between seasons) and Wifi ($13/month each)
One-time fees:
No broker’s fee
Security deposit ($1300 - Room 1, $1200 - Room 2)
Occupant change fee ($250 per person)
Key change fee ($50-100 - I need to double check this)

Apartment/Complex Amenities:
Great location!! (Across the street from the Prudential Center - 1 min walk to Prudential Green Line stop, 1 min walk to 39 Bus stop, 7 min walk to the Mass Ave/Back Bay Orange Line stops)
Pet friendly (Dogs and cats, $50/month - no fee if they’re an ESA)
Central air and heating
Laundry on floor (paid on a rechargeable card)
Outdoor rooftop pool (only open in the warm months)
24/7 concierge (packages, security, lockouts, etc. - I feel very safe as a woman in the city)
Parking Garage ($250/month)
Library (Communal space with chairs and desks)
Gym
Communal Outdoor Area/Patio
“Relaxarium” (Dedicated study space with music practice rooms)
Bike storage

The reason the apartment is such a good deal is because my roommates have been here for a while (since 2021) and the lease started off under COVID/pandemic pricing.

About Me:
I’m 23 years old, work in biotech, and enjoy a clean, relaxed home environment. I’m friendly, respectful, and looking for roommates who value a good balance of social time and personal space. Since I work a 9-5 in-person job, you’ll mostly see me in passing during the weekdays.

Please reach out if you are interested on IG - it's pareeshaharesh) !! The new roommates must be able to start the signing process by 4/7.
