Hi there! 👋 We´re two graduate students at Northeastern, who have a place with 2 free bedroom(s) available from 09/01/2025 in our bright 4-bedroom apartment.

You will be living with Zeynep (26, originally from Istanbul), her very calm and sweet cat... 🐱, and Henrik (24, from Munich). Zeynep does her LL.M. program. Henrik is a sports manager and marketer pursuing his Master in Management.

Our apartment recently was fully renovated including a modern kitchen, two bathrooms, AC, in-unit laundry, and a private balcony. Located in Jamaica Plain, well-connected with the orange T-line, it's a very convenient way to get around to Boston Downtown (30min), Northeastern University (20min) or BU. Supermarkets (like Target) are just a 5-minutes walk away.

The rent is $1300 monthly and does not need a security-deposit.

We're both neat, easy-going, and respectful people who appreciate a peaceful home environment. We, though, enjoy spending quality time with roommates — things like the occasional cooking night, a glass of wine, or sports — but we also value personal space and privacy.

We are hoping to find a flatmate with a similar mindset - responsible, friendly, and fun - making it our new home.
