Pet policy -- One small pet OK -- must be at least 1 years old, house-broken, spayed/neutered, have all vaccinations, no history of aggressive behavior, and have positive landlord references. The tenant pays all utilities (electricity, gas, water, sewer, and garbage). The owner is providing basic landscape services (lawn mowing and some pruning).
Renter's insurance with $500,000 liability coverage is required.
Move-in funds are the first month's rent (prorated if move-in is after the first day of the month), plus security and pet deposit (if any), and a one-time $250 administration fee.
Basic qualifications are good credit, stable, verifiable income 2.5 times monthly rent (approximately $7500 per month), and positive landlord references.
