1566 Tremont St

Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone to sublet my room for Summer 1 & 2 (May–August) at the bottom of the hill. The apartment is in a prime location right on Tremont Street—just a 3-minute walk to the Green Line & Stop and Shop, and 5 minutes... from the Orange Line.

The unit features new appliances, in-unit laundry, a spacious living area, and backyard access (with a tiki bar). Rent is $1,675/month, and you’d be living with two roommates. There's also central air-conditioning which keeps the place cool during the summer.

If you're interested, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to send more photos or videos.
