Income must be at least three times the rent amount. 12-month lease, no smoking, no cosigners. We do not accept portable screening reports. Renter's insurance is mandatory. Pets would be considered case by case and subject to restriction and additional deposit. Maximum two pets can be considered. Maximum weight for pets: 40lbs.
First month's rent and security deposit (equivalent to one month's rent) are required. The lease must start within 30 days of application submission.
