VIRTUAL TOUR -

The loft has been completely renovated with modern industrial touches and has floor-to-ceiling (23 ft high) windows that face south for plenty of light throughout the year. Kitchen is outfitted with a glass-top stove and convection oven, dishwasher, open shelving, and bar seating area. Living area has a ceiling fan, wall heating unit, and brand new insulated windows. Second floor has a wrap-around built-in mirrored closet, an extended catwalk for a work/craft or relax space, and a subway tile stand-up shower bathroom.

The building is registered vintage, built in the 1960's and fully updated with a stocked gym, 2 saunas, locker room, bathroom, elevator, multiple laundry and storage areas, secure mail room, and a recycle and compost facility with complimentary compost bags. The unit comes with one small private storage unit. A private reserved parking spot is available for an additional $100/mo. Very quiet unit with no neighbors beneath (building office space), to the east (end unit), or to the west (owners are snowbirders who rarely visit Seattle). The building is dog friendly, and your quiet and well behaved pup (no breed restrictions) is welcome with a refundable deposit. The neighborhood provides dog waste stations with poop bags and trash cans. The Boren dog park is 1 1/2 blocks away from your door. Sorry, no cats allowed in the unit.

This loft is privately owned and cared for, and has only had one tenant prior to this lease. The unit was a labor of love and the owner is very communicative and places a high priority on two-way honesty and ensuring the situation is best for all.
