1 Room in Fenway Apartment, close to campus, Summer sublease

This is a summer sublease for a room in apartment 25A of 109 Saint Stephen St, Fenway (May 1 - Aug 31), a 4 bedroom apartment.

The room is well-sized and currently holds a large bed, table, and yoga area easily. The unit has a spacious living room...
and a well-equipped kitchen. The rent for the room is very reasonable for the location ($1247.50).

The location of the building is great as well. It is right next to Northeastern University campus, just 2 minutes walking from Marino and Richards Hall. It is also in easy walking distance of T stops on the Orange, Green D, and Green E lines.

We are also <5 minute walk to the Back Bay Fens, which is a gorgeous park area and a great place to relax over summer.
