1 Private Room Available - Move-in September 1st
2-bedroom apartment in Allston, near Boston University.

Hi, I’m Camila (she/her), a PhD student from Brazil. I’m looking for one roommate to share the space for the next year. I have a preference for...
QPOC, but I'm open to anyone respectful and easy to live with.

Rent: $1,347.50/month (utilities not included; average $150–$200)
Layout: 2-bedroom, 1 shared bathroom - on the 3rd floor
Your Room: Includes 2 spacious closets, 2 windows (my roommate who is leaving is also looking to sell some of her furnitures (all in the pics of the room) like dressers, mattress (Helix Midnight Queen Mattress), desk and chair, and shoe rack).
Common Areas: Furnished living room with couches and TV, fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit storage room
Laundry: In the building, basement
Location:
6-minute walk to the Green Line (Packard’s Corner stop)
Close to the 57 and 64 bus routes
7-minute walk to Star Market on Commonwealth Ave
20-minute walk to Brookline
Close to the best restaurants in Allston :)

Fees:
Security deposit + $25 key deposit + first month’s rent (September 1) or October 1

About me:
I usually spend weekends at home and work during the week. I enjoy a peaceful home, but I'm not overly strict about it. I’m someone who enjoys conversations, but I also respect your space and privacy.

What I’m looking for:
-Mid/late 20s+
-Friendly, respectful, and communicative
-Clean and proactive about chores

Feel free to message me about yourself and what you're looking for in a living situation.
