Rent: $1,347.50/month (utilities not included; average $150–$200)
Layout: 2-bedroom, 1 shared bathroom - on the 3rd floor
Your Room: Includes 2 spacious closets, 2 windows (my roommate who is leaving is also looking to sell some of her furnitures (all in the pics of the room) like dressers, mattress (Helix Midnight Queen Mattress), desk and chair, and shoe rack).
Common Areas: Furnished living room with couches and TV, fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit storage room
