1 Bedroom Open in 3B/1Ba Brookline Apartment (Shared Housing)

Looking for one roommate to join this three-bedroom, 4th floor apartment in east Brookline! We're two female graduate students who've been living here for two years looking for a third roommate. Preference is for a female roommate who is an incoming... or current graduate student. We like to keep the common areas generally neat with a regular cleaning schedule.

This is an amazing location in a cute area right across from the Brookline Village T stop (D Green Line). There's a large kitchen area with space for a dining area and a separate living room. The three bedrooms are approximately same size so rent would be equal for all tenants. In addition to rent, the electricity and wifi utilities would also be split between us.
