AVAILABLE NOW! This is 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom / 1 bath apartment in the Mission Hill neighborhood of Boston.

Convenient 3-minute walk to Green Line Brigham Circle T-stop; get to downtown Boston in 15-20 minutes via public transit. 2-minute walk... from Stop & Stop, Walgreens, and numerous restaurants. Easy access to street parking is also available. Apartment is well kept and was renovated in 2010. Some notable features include central A/C and heat, in-unit laundry, 3rd floor balcony, spacious kitchen, and free street parking with a Mission Hill parking permit.

Current roommates are three males around the age of 30. One of us is a grad student at BU and the other two are working professionals. We are clean, respectful, friendly, easy-going roommates and are looking for someone who is the same. Our preference is for another male roommate around the same age (25+).

The room is available immediately and the lease is until Aug 2025 (non-negotiable, no subletting). The tenant must pass a credit check and background check. If the tenant is not currently employed (e.g., a student), they will need a guarantor to co-sign the lease. No animals allowed.
