One bedroom in a modern apartment complex in JP, March 1st move-in (some early date flexibility possible).
Hello people,
Looking for one roommate in a 3b1b apartment in Jamaica Plain for a half-year lease (with possible extension) starting March 1st,... 2025, and ending August 31st, 2025. The rent is $1300 per month per person, excluding utilities. Utilities come up to around $100 per month per person on average.
More about the apartment:
1. Located opposite to Drawdown Brewing on Washington St in JP.
2. 5 min walk to Stonybrook or Green St Orange Line T stations, or bluebikes.
3. The apartment unit (1075 sq. ft.) is on the 3rd floor.
4. Free in-unit washer/dryer.
5. Free street parking.
6. Bike storage room, trash recycling room, and pet care room in the basement.
7. Happy Lemon Boba place on the first floor. Multiple grocery stores and restaurants located on Washington Street. 10 min bike ride or 20 min walk to Stop&Shop or Wholefoods.
8. Perfect connection to Northeastern by Orange line (~15min door to door with EXP)
9. You will be sharing the apartment with two postdocs from Northeastern University. I honestly had a great time living in this unit, I am leaving it only because I am relocating outside of Boston
10. The picture includes the furniture from a previous tenant, but I am willing to sell mine to whoever is interested (since I am leaving the US, I will give priority to who is interested in take my furniture over)
