1 bed in 3 bed apt, 1 bath
Listing is for one bedroom (the largest) in a three bedroom/one bath apartment. Individual leases and all utilities included. Only thing needed to be paid for is internet and laundry ($2 dryer/washer). Good area near 39 bus stops and <10 minute... walk from Jackson Square on the OL. Plenty of restaurants and community spaces on Centre Street and within 5 minutes walking 2 grocery stores and a CVS.
Landlord is extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Only first month's rent and security deposit due on signing the lease. I believe sublets are possible- double check with the landlord to confirm when discussing lease.
Room is furnished! The bed, desk, bookshelf, mirror, chairs, and corner lamp are already in the room for free.
Currently three students live here and I believe at least one master's student will be moving in.
ADDITIONAL ROOMS: There is a smaller room available in the same unit- perfect for a duo move in or another option. Additionally, there is another room available in a different unit for a female student only. Unfortunately I don't have pictures of these rooms but feel free to inquire when contacting the landlord, who's information is on the contact description.
Please do not email the address listed. Forward all inquires to [email removed] or the phone number listed, thank you!
