Sunny 1-bedroom in heart of JP

Bright, sunny one-bedroom apartment in the heart of JP available for a spring semester sublet!

Spacious kitchen and living area, new appliances, comfortable second-floor apartment in a safe neighborhood. Great restaurants and bars in walking... distance. The 39 bus stops right at the corner and the T is a 10-minute walk. Easy commute to Northeastern. Also the apartment can come semi-furnished if that's helpful!

The bedroom and main room get great sun in the morning and throughout the day. I estimated the square footage, but the place is large and feels spacious. I wedged a full bureau and king-sized bed into the bedroom, which makes it a bit cramped, but I have no issue storing all of my stuff.

Street parking is super easy. I've never had an issue finding a spot and feel totally comfortable leaving my car for a few days at a time. Just get a residential parking permit (need a copy of lease or utility bill or something) and watch out for street cleaning every other Wednesday.

Move-in and move-out dates are negotiable, but somewhere around January 1 to May 31 (earliest move-in is mid-December, latest move-out is May 31). Tenant can take over the lease, which ends May 31, at the landlord's discretion, with the possibility to renew. Pets might be available, also with the landlord's consent.
