The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a twin bed plus it has a kitchen, dining area and one bathroom. The apartment is... furnished, with the kitchen fully equipped, and includes towels, bed linens, internet, hot and cold water. Electricity is set-up, but charged separately. Heating and the stove are electric. All that is needed for move-in are personal belongings.
The apartment is near to BU, Northeastern, the Colleges of the Fenway, the Longwood Medical Area. Bus 55 is around the corner and the Green Line is a short walk away. The neighborhood has a 7-Eleven and a large supermarket, in addition to many cafes and restaurants.
The apartment is available from late May.
There is a one-time Move-in Fee of $350. Rent is $3200 per 4 weeks for the summer. The apartment is leased already for the fall semester, so it is available only for the summer.
