Private Room in 4BR/2BA at 103 Hemenway – Steps from Campus!

Looking for a fall (or longer!) sublet near campus? I’m subleasing my private room in a newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at 103 Hemenway Street. The apartment is incredibly close to Northeastern, less than a five-minute walk to Stetson... East, making it a perfect spot for students or co-ops. It’s also just a five-minute walk to the Symphony T station, eight minutes to Hynes Convention Center, and about ten minutes to the Orange Line.

Rent is $1,400 per month plus utilities, with move-in starting September 1. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required when the lease is signed. The room is not furnished.

I'm totally open to someone just looking for housing for the fall semester. That said, I’d really prefer someone who’s hoping to stay longer — through spring, and maybe even summer. If you’re looking for something more stable and don’t want to move in and out between semesters, this could be a great fit. There’s also the option to take over the full lease if that ends up working out.

The apartment has been fully updated and has hardwood floors, high ceilings, two full bathrooms (one with double sinks), and a big renovated kitchen with a dishwasher. There’s a shared living room and a dining area, a large pantry, and plenty of cabinet and storage space in the kitchen. Laundry is in the building, and the unit is cable and internet ready. There is a door in the pantry that leads stairway that leads down to the alley and trash area. The room itself has a spacious closet and a loft area that’s perfect for extra storage. There’s also a large shared closet right by the entryway that everyone uses.

You’d be living with four other Northeastern students in a mixed-gender apartment. The location is super convenient if you want quick access to campus, public transportation, or the Back Bay and Fenway area.

Out of respect for the privacy of the current tenants, I’m not able to offer in-person tours of the apartment before move-in. However, I do have photos, videos, and lots of details I’m happy to share with you to help you get a full sense of the space.
