These studio condos have all new furniture and appliances with everything included, including WIFI, in the monthly rental rate. It's cozy and quiet in the winter time but... close to so much. We specialize in traveling nurses and students looking for off season monthly rental space before we prepare for the high season in Old Orchard Beach. Would love to help you out!
