You are not restricted by a balcony and can walk out these sliders to a secluded area of the lawn/garden that feels more like single family living than a multi unit building. Enjoy the provided BBQ and set up a table to dine al fresco. From here you can both see and hear the enthusiasm of the kite boarders, kayakers and all who take in the beauty of Lake Washington. A keen eye will even catch a glimpse of our resident bald eagle diving into the water and coming out with a fish. All this and the residence stays quiet with thermal (1/4" double paned windows, for when you want those "oh-so-quiet" moments). Also, helping maintain the peace is "sound proof" from the unit above (floors above tested to provide "luxury" acoustical protection) and this is protected by contract with the upstairs neighbor.
