Pet & Animal Screening Requirement All applicants — with or without a pet — must complete a Pet Screening during the application process. If you do not have a pet, select “No Pet” and complete the required questions. All pets must be approved before entering the property. Pet Screening is completed at: A $50/month pet fee applies for approved pets. Pet screening fees are non-refundable. There is no cost ($0) to submit a screening for a service animal, emotional support animal (ESA), or for the no-pet option.
