Free monthly house cleaning included

All qualified applicants who tour the home on September 6th, 7th or 8th and then successfully apply before September 15th with all necessary requirements who pass the criteria to become tenants, will be given free monthly house cleaning, worth $190/month in value ($2280 for a 12-month lease). Tenant’s only responsibility would be providing the 20% cash tip, or $40 per month, to my extremely professional and trustworthy house keeper.

-Tenant pays electricity & internet/wifi, both billed to their own name(s).
-Monthly house cleaning may be included if tenant desires ($190/mo value), but they would be in charge of leaving the $40/mo cash tip to the cleaner.

-No sublets allowed
-Cats (1-2) or rabbits/caged pets welcome; quiet dogs & other pets are negotiable; all animals require a $500 refundable security deposit, and any pet damages to window shades, floor or other areas to be paid by tenant.

Criteria:
-Credit & background check required (tenant pays any associated fees to run & process both via approved platform)
-Reusable/portable tenant screening report not accepted
-720 minimum credit score for all applicants
-Income 3X rent ($9885 gross monthly income for each non-related applicant)
-Debt to income ratio should not exceed 45%
-Good rental history with no prior evictions
-2 good housing references and 2 good professional references required, including emails & phone numbers, from last 12-24 months at minimum

*Must tour inside and outside of townhouse before filling out application and prior to any exchange of money. Please schedule or request time slot between September 6-8 (see tour calendar).
