All qualified applicants who tour the home on September 6th, 7th or 8th and then successfully apply before September 15th with all necessary requirements who pass the criteria to become tenants, will be given free monthly house cleaning, worth $190/month in value ($2280 for a 12-month lease). Tenant’s only responsibility would be providing the 20% cash tip, or $40 per month, to my extremely professional and trustworthy house keeper.
