The room is furnished with bed and nightstand, a love... seat and coffee table and small shelf. Photos show how it looks like when the prior tenant moved in. Showing will be available after 2/1/26.

The house is located at the intersection of Mass and Wisconsin Avenue, prime location, across the street from the National Cathedral. It is convenient to everywhere, in walking distance to AU, Georgetown, Whole food, Giant, Safeway, restaurants, banks, postal office, DC library, café, parks, etc. Bus stop is across the street from the house. Street parking is available or paid parking lot at the back of the house, a big yard for relaxing.
