I, mid-40s, father, owner, live upstairs. There is a door that disconnects the 2 levels, so you have complete privacy. You also have a seperate private entrance to your room through patio. I use the washer/dryer once every week, and I park my car and motorcycle in the other parking spot in the garage. My daughters , 14 and 11, are with me for the weekends. Thin walls, there might be some noise transfer between both levels.

TO VIEW THE UNIT
Since I live upstairs, I am able to show the unit any time of the day, any day of the week. Message me to co-ordinate a viewing.
