The house has a living room, dining room, and kitchen, and big backyard. The living room has a newly rebuilt balcony overlooking the backyard and the forest. Plenty of storage available. There is an separate living space with a tenant downstairs who shares the storage and laundry area. Located 5 minute drive from Redwood park with beautiful hiking or bike riding. Rental agreement can be month to month or yearly for the right person.
