House:
The house has all major appliances like a washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven. Utilities are $500/month (water+electric+gas+trash+internet).
The house has both central heating and cooling. Designated spots for parking. Cannot accommodate pets.

If you decide to proceed, then there is a formal application process. You will need to fill an application (will share via email). There is a $50 application processing fee, so please apply only if you are serious. There will be a background check. Will require two references.
