Lots of original art deco details such as rounded arched doorways, arched windows, original art deco fireplace, etc. It is a classic Mediterranean style home. Beautiful wood floors throughout apartment with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom.

DINING ROOM/GAME ROOM: Open the front door to find a very nice foyer beautifully framed with arched doorways. One doorway leads to the living room, the other to the dining room which has been converted into a game room with pool table and dart board. Super fun to relax, unwind and have a good time. There is a wide closet with additional shelves in this room.

DEN/LIVING ROOM/SECOND BEDROOM: Den/Living room is complete with original art deco fireplace, Smart TV, end tables, and a big beautiful, high-quality sofa that pulls out into the most comfortable queen bed. It is an American Leather Comfort Sleeper that retails for $4,000. It is one of the most highly rated and comfortable sofa sleepers on the market. We have beautiful silver curtains that partition off the living room for privacy. 3 large arched windows. Classic and original details featuring curved ceilings and rounded archways.

KITCHEN: Huge eat-in kitchen with tons of cabinet space. All custom-made cabinetry. All white and solid wood cabinets. There is a little area just off the dining area where there are lots of big tropical plants. I hope you have a bit of a green thumb. It is a great place to eat or work on your computer. Very bright and light. Feels like a sunroom. Glass top dining room table that seats 4-6 in kitchen just off the sunroom area. Great space for working on the computer too! Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking–all appliances, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, every type of glass, bowl, plate, etc. are included. Gas stove, microwave, & toaster. You just need to bring the food!

MASTER BEDROOM: Queen size bed. Very pretty bedding and pillows all included. Everything matches and flows together. Colors of the room are silver, blue and chocolate. Very romantic. Very beautiful dresser with sun motif from the Art Deco era. 2 Side tables with lamps. Large walk-in closet with hangers.

BATHROOM: Large bathroom. Access to bathroom from bedroom or kitchen. Has window opening to the tropical plants and there is a tub/shower enclosure with glass doors. Big vanity and shelving unit, so plenty of room for all your toiletries.

LOCATION: UCSF is a few blocks away. It has a great fitness center/gym and swimming pool. Tons of great restaurants, coffee shops, nail salons, and cute shops within a couple of blocks. There are several destination restaurants, which means that people come from all over the city to eat at some of our highly rated restaurants. Downtown Inner Sunset (9th & Judah) is only 2 blocks away. Great sushi restaurants, bookstores and supermarkets in the city are only a few blocks away. Several good yoga studios nearby. Golden Gate Park, Museums, California Academy of Sciences, Botanical Gardens, DeYoung Museum, Japanese Tea Gardens, the Arboretum, etc. are within a few blocks. The N-Judah Muni stop is only a block away. It is very easy to get downtown within 20+ minutes. Or you can go the other way and be at the beach and ocean within minutes. This place scored 96 out of 100 on walk score because it is one of the best places to live and walk everywhere in San Francisco.
