Private 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath split level home with large fenced large yard in the Island Lake community. Vaulted ceilings in the living room makes the space feel airy! Fireplace for cozy days and nights, and a built-in window seat for hidden storage.... Separate dining space off the kitchen has a slider door to a gorgeous, newly built deck that runs the entire length of the home. Kitchen has all stainless appliances and lots of cabinets for storage. Three bedrooms upstairs, one being the primary bedroom, which has an attached bathroom and access to the deck.
Downstairs is a huge rec room, another bedroom, and a half bath. There is an additional bonus room with a built-in bunk bed! Two car garage plus room in the driveway for two more cars. Washer and Dryer hooks up are located in the half bath downstairs.
12 month lease required. 2 small or medium dogs considered, or one large. Sorry, no cats. Enrollment in our Resident Benefit Package is required and is an additional $35.00-$48.95 per month and includes credit building, identity theft protection, furnace filters, and renter's insurance as needed. No third party applications or credit checks accepted.
