1 room available for female in 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Dorchester, MA <5 minutes from Red Line

Looking for a FEMALE to take over my lease for June 1-August 31 in a 3br2ba apartment in Dorchester! Rent is $973.33 a month.
The apartment is located conveniently off the JFK/UMass T stop (red line) (5 minute walk) with Star Market, smaller grocery...
stores, and Vietnamese restaurants and stores nearby. The apartment has a spacious living room, 2 bathrooms each with a shower, a kitchen/dining room setup, and an awesome balcony that overlooks the train tracks and highway. There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement of the building, which only has 3 units including this one. Utilities are not included, but I can let you know more details once we start a conversation.

My bedroom in the 3 bedroom apartment is the largest and has 3 windows and a closet. Willing to sell furniture if needed.

One of my current female roommates will be staying through the summer so the apartment will mostly be fully furnished. Another female will potentially be subletting the third bedroom for the summer as well. Three new tenants are taking over the least for September so you will have to be moved out by 8/31.
